Background. The reality nowadays highlights a necessity of reorientation of national industrial enterprises to a resource-saving business model. It is becoming more important to estimate and manage operational risks – the risk of resource waste in business-processes of organizations. A possible solution to this problem can be found by working out an independent business-process of resource maintainance risk management at enterprises.
Materials and methods. The informational basis of the research included government regulations of the Russian Federation and Penza region, data of state statistics agencies, data of economical, industrial and technical services of enterprises (LLC “Ladia”, JSC “PTPA”, JCS “Penza Valve Plant”, branch office of LLC “UPVE” KLVE), websites.
Results. The authors have shown the model of resource maintainance risk management for enterprises’ business-processes, described the functioning scheme of the business-process of resource maintainance risk management at enterprises and suggested efficiency estimation indicators for the said process on the basis of money flow formation and analysis.
Conclusions. The developments presented in the research can be used as the universal  practical guidance to modeling and integration of the business-process of resource maintainance risk management at enterprises into the process field of enterprises with various sector affiliations.
